This is a simplified version of a conveyor and reject station we'd build for a packing line. Start the line, change the drive speed, enable the reject diverter and watch the photo-eye count parts. Hit the emergency stop and everything latches out until it's reset — exactly as the real safety circuit behaves.

    Start / stop logic

    Seal-in start circuits with soft-start ramps, so belts don't shock-load and product doesn't topple.

    Sensing and counting

    Photo-eyes and proximity sensors feed the PLC — giving you live counts, rates and downtime data.

      Survey and scope

      We walk the plant, map existing I/O, drives and safety devices, and agree exactly what the finished sequence must do.

      Design and schematics

      Panel layouts, wiring schematics and I/O schedules produced up front, so approvals happen before any copper is cut.

      Build and FAT

      Panels assembled and wired in our workshop, then function-tested against your sequence before they ever reach site.

      Install and commission

      Planned installation around your shutdown window, live commissioning, operator handover and full O&M documentation.
